Sunoco to Accept Car IQ Fleet Payment Solution

Car IQ, the first payment solution developed specifically for fleet vehicle announced a new partnership with Sunoco. The fuel partner should deploy Car IQ solution at 5’000 of its locations across the U.S. by the end of the summer. This would simplify fuel payments and allow any fleet vehicle to connect directly to their pumps and pay without using a credit card.

According to Matt Nicholson, senior vice president of merchant commercialization at Car IQ: “Vehicle-based payments solutions are reshaping how companies manage their business operations by tying vehicle data directly to the transaction and allowing the car to connect directly to the pump, giving fleet managers more control and visibility over their budget.” He added that with the new partnership “Sunoco gives our fleet customers more choice when it comes to purchasing fuel”.
